Luna Baptiste, born and raised in Berlin, comes from a family of renowned artists and innovators. She received formal training in singing, dance and acting at the Academy Bühnenkunstschule in 2016–2017, where she developed a strong stage presence and versatile performance skills.
At the age of nine, she made her screen debut in the ARD/ORF film Oma wider Willen in a co-leading role.
She went on to play AVA in a continuous role in the ProSieben miniseries KEKS* and starred as Eli in the Amazon Prime Video hit series Krass Klassenfahrt – Die neue Generation.
She is also known for her role as Laya in the comedy format Intimate – Doppeldate.
Her breakthrough to a wider audience came with her main cast role as Gerda in the Netflix series How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast). In 2020, she celebrated her Berlinale debut with the award-winning feature film Nackte Tiere, playing Laila.
She currently lives and works in Berlin.
