CrissCross ist eine Agentur für Schauspieler*innen. Nadine Baier hat sie 2021 gegründet in Berlin, einer Stadt, die sie für ihre Kreativität und Vielfalt liebt. CrissCross ist eben auch so – bunt und vielfältig. Hinter dem Namen CrissCross verbirgt sich ein wunderbares Ensemble -tolle Menschen, spannende Gesichter, wunderbare Geschichten und Lebenswege und – das Wichtigste- starke, Schauspieler*Innen. Als in München geborene deutsch-syrische Schauspielerin trieben Nadine ihre syrischen Wurzeln, die “roots”, unter anderem nach Paris, wo sie Schauspiel studierte. Daraufhin folgten Engagements in Frankreich und Deutschland. Durch ihre Arbeit als Schauspielerin und ihre jahrelange Tätigkeit beim Hörfunk, in Redaktionen und in Agenturen, verfügt sie heute über einen reichen Erfahrungsschatz.
Olli Schulz. Strukturiert. Kreativ. Hat an der Schule für Schauspiel Hamburg studiert, an verschiedenen Häusern, wie am Grand Théâtre Luxembourg, am Landestheater Innsbruck und am Theater Marburg gespielt, bevor er sich entschied hinter die Kamera zu gehen. Jahrelang hat er als Producer und Videographer für verschiedene Fernsehformate gearbeitet bevor er als Agent tätig wurde.
Wir arbeiten eng mit der wundervollen PR-Agentin Karin Kleibel von Media-Office zusammen, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.
In juristischen Fragen wird CrissCross von einer Berliner Anwaltskanzlei unterstützt.

Criss Cross is a Talent Agency based in Berlin with a deep commitment to diversity. Nadine Baier founded the agency in 2021 in Berlin, a city she loves for its creativity and diversity. In her role, she advises and represents professional actors and young talents. As a Munich-born German-Syrian actress herself, Nadine is passionate about empowering and championing actors. Prior to moving to Berlin, Nadine’s roots drove her to Paris to study acting. Through her work in agencies, production companies, and in radio, she now has a wealth of experience in theatre, television, film, production and radio. She brings a love and passion for diversity and the arts to this agency and is committed to helping others with similar stories to her own. We are passionate about ensuring that the intersectionality of society is also recognised in the world of film and television. PR agent Karin Kleibel is also on hand with advice and support. Creative-structured collaborator at CrissCross is also Olli Schulz. He studied at the Schule für Schauspiel Hamburg, acted at different theaters like Grand Théatre Luxembourg, Landestheater Innsbruck and Theater Marburg before he decided to go behind the camera. Since then he has worked as a realisator, videographer and as an editorial director for different productions.
